Surface Finishing
Our surface finishing service protects your parts, improves durability, and elevates the final presentation. We can handle large components up to 8 metres long and 4 metres wide in a single run, making it easier to finish bigger fabrications without splitting batches or compromising consistency.
Processes / Options
- Powder coating for durable, uniform coverage and a high-quality finish
Sand blasting for surface preparation, cleaning, and improved coating adhesion
Anodising (typically for aluminium) to enhance corrosion resistance and surface hardness
Galvanising for long-term corrosion protection (ideal for outdoor/structural use)
Chemical blacking for a clean black finish and added surface protection
Zinc passivate for corrosion resistance and a protective finish
Black passivate for enhanced corrosion resistance with a darker appearance
